About the Opportunity

Our client is an internationally recognized, employee‑owned architecture practice known for innovative, socially responsible, and design‑driven work. As the Toronto studio continues to grow, they are seeking an entrepreneurial Principal to help expand the practice, strengthen its presence in Canada, and lead major architectural commissions.

Reporting to the Partners, this leadership role combines business development, studio management, and high‑level design oversight. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the Toronto team.
