Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Execute end-to-end testing of automated, hybrid, and manual controls.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of control testing experience required.

  • Assess Design and Operational Effectiveness of controls in line with enterprise standards.

  • Knowledge of COSO framework required for control effectiveness assessment.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, reports, and findings.

  • Identify control weaknesses and recommend remediation strategies.

  • Perform code reviews for automated/hybrid controls and support QA reviews.

  • Intermediate programming skills required for conducting comprehensive control reviews.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and automation.

  • Contribute to process documentation updates and version control.
