Key Requirements
1. Experience in running end to end M&A/PE transactions/deals including
working on complex transactional documents with minimum Partner supervision
2. Complex structuring
3. Specializing in strategic M&A / PE/ Gen. Corporate transactional / advisory
work
Key Skills
1. Ability to lead due diligence exercises and negotiations on transaction documents with minimum partner supervision
2. Exhibit strong practice skills including (a) oral and written advocacy; (b) contract drafting; (c) analysing and communicating technical matters
3. Efficiently manage timelines of assignments and are a multi-tasker able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
4. Solution-oriented approach with proven ability to close transactions independently with minimal supervision.
5. Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal - with a proven ability to communicate to all "clients" (internal and external).
6. Good understanding on a wide range of legal subjects, ability to build on this knowledge, spot issues and bring in specialists as needed.
7. Drive for technical superiority by staying abreast of developments in Law and be the go-to subject matter expert.
