Position Responsibilities

Deltek is seeking a Principal Business Analyst for our Global Enterprise Application Team. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise IT application solutions to enhance company-wide operations. Key responsibilities include running business process workshops, gathering and synthesizing requirements, conducting data analysis to support business cases, and providing operational support for production systems. As a relationship manager for assigned business units, you will identify and deliver strategic technology initiatives, analyze challenges, and propose efficient solutions. This role requires strong business acumen, advanced communication, and proven analytical and critical thinking skills to maximize IT investments.
