We are seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) Analyst with strong expertise in Product Costing, Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution (GPD), and PMMO (Product Management & Manufacturing Operations). This role supports SAP S/4HANA implementations and conversions, ensuring accurate cost flow, cost allocation, and product profitability across manufacturing and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO), including Cost Center Accounting (CCA) and CO-PA (Margin Analysis)
  • Support FI-CO integration leveraging the Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
  • Design and maintain cost allocations, assessments, and settlements
  • Configure and support Product Costing (Standard, Actual, Preliminary), including costing/valuation variants and overheads
  • Support month-end close activities, including WIP, variances, and cost rollups
  • Analyze and resolve manufacturing and product cost variances
  • Apply Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution (GPD) concepts to ensure accurate cost flow and profitability
  • Ensure accurate cost integration from MM/PP to CO and CO-PA, including reconciliation of operational and financial data
  • Partner with Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to align PMMO processes and business costing models
  • Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing (UT/SIT/UAT), data migration, and provide post-go-live support

    • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Information Systems
  • 9+ years of SAP Controlling (CO) experience (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
  • Strong hands-on experience in Product Costing (CO-PC)
  • Proven experience with GPD (Grouping, Pegging & Distribution) in manufacturing environments

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions
  • Exposure to PMMO or complex manufacturing operations
  • Experience with CO-PA Margin Analysis
