Job Description
The Principal Chemist is an integral part of the Global Textile Care RD&E team, which leads the global technology development and innovation roadmap for commercial laundry applications that process healthcare, F&B, industrial and hospitality laundry. You will be responsible for managing a portion of the Global Textile Care innovation and product development portfolio, conducting lab and early field evaluations of prototype technologies, lead projects through a phase gate process, and be a core team member to advance an innovation program encompassing new laundry chemistry formulations with focus on surfactant design, water management in a commercial laundry plant, and overall successfully launch innovations . The portfolio includes a wide range of projects including early ideation concepts as well as global projects in feasibility, development and commercialization.
