As a member of the Customer Success Services (CSS) organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. You are the point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
As an OCI Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. You will play a key role in migrating, building, and maintaining cloud-based systems to ensure scalability, security, and resilience. This position requires close collaboration with development, operations, and security teams to support Oracle’s cloud initiatives and customer environments.
