Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Adoption Lead to drive the end‑to‑end delivery of in‑app guidance at scale using WalkMe. You will lead discovery, design governance, build oversight, testing, and adoption optimisation for a large‑scale SuccessFactors implementation. SuccessFactors knowledge is not mandatory, but familiarity with HR processes is beneficial. The role blends product leadership, stakeholder management, and data‑driven optimisation to deliver measurable adoption outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the DAP workstream across discovery, solution design, build, test, release, and optimisation cycles
• Run discovery to map user journeys, identify friction points, and prioritise high‑value use cases and audiences
