Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Over 7+ years of relevant IT experience with 3+ years in Oracle IDM implementations.
Role is Identity and Access Management lead. Being Hands-On is a critical requirement. 
Must Have:
Experience in Architecture and Solution design for customer engagements in the Identity and Access Management space. 
Product expertise in at least 2 Oracle IDM product family with in-depth technical skills from installation to implementation & troubleshooting – OIM/OAM/OUD would be mandatory.
