**Job Description**
The BPC Consultants have a strong banking knowledge and experience coupled with deep FLEXCUBE/ Oracle Banking applications knowledge, business process consulting (including Business Process Re-engineering) and testing skills. They act as Subject Matter Experts and help banks design business processes in line with their transformation goals and facilitate faster adaption of the new/ upgraded system by the bank’s users.
These Consultants execute projects across the globe, with both onsite and offshore delivery models, and display the ability to interact with the bank’s project team and the management (at times at CXO level).
**Responsibilities**
1. Ability & global experience to engage with large and medium sized banks in the field of Banking operations and business process consulting.
2. Ability to streamline user journeys and provide Business Process Recommendations
3. Creation of Functional specification documents (FSDs), digital learning content/ operations manuals for user enablement and change management and to meet local regulatory requirements.
4. Good knowledge of FLEXCUBE and Oracle Banking applications
5. Experience of working with Testing team, creating test plans, creating functional test cases (both functional and interfaces), executing test cases, familiarity with defect management process and independently managing testing project across agile and waterfall projects
6. Good communication skills - ability to interact with the bank’s Project team and Senior Management
7. Readiness to travel to different international and domestic locations at a short notice.
8. Collaborate with multiple parties from inside and outside the company. Should be able to build relationships, influence and manage conflicts to get things done.
9. **Mandatory Skills:**
10. Experience Range: 12 - 15 years
11. Bachelor’s degree with MBA Finance (preferred)
12. Minimum 10 years of banking operations experience with a leading bank across retail, corporate and treasury functions
13. Should have deep domain knowledge in at least 3 out of 6 banking business areas – Liabilities, Branch/ Teller Transactions, Global Payments, Loans and Limits, Trade Finance and Treasury
14. Proficient in creating PowerPoint slides and making presentations.
15. Experience in estimations, putting proposal and providing other Sales support.
16. Good communication skills - ability and experience in interacting with bank’s senior management.
17. Hands-on Testing and documentation experience
18. **Good to Have Skills:**
19. Global experience with minimum 3 large/ medium sized banks in business process improvement
20. Proven track record of being Subject matter expert, thought leader and bank’s trusted advisor.
21. Minimum 2 years’ experience in understanding bank’s requirements, aligning bank’s business processes to core banking systems to fully use system functionality and improve operational efficiency along with customer experience.
22. Good knowledge of FLEXCUBE and Oracle Banking applications
23. Understanding of SDLC and the Testing life cycle

1. Do I have at least 10 years of banking operations experience across retail, corporate, or treasury domains?
2. Do I have hands-on experience in aligning a bank’s business processes with core banking solutions like FLEXCUBE, OBDX, or Oracle Banking applications?
3. Have I led or contributed to business process transformation initiatives at large or medium-sized banks?
4. Am I comfortable interacting with CXO-level stakeholders and presenting business process recommendations or transformation strategies?
5. Do I have experience in preparing high-quality documentation, including RSDs, FSDs, process guides, and operations manuals?
6. Do I have hands-on experience in creating and executing functional and interface test cases for core banking solutions?
7. Have I created digital learning content or training material to support user enablement and regulatory compliance during system implementations?
8. Am I willing and able to travel internationally or domestically on short notice to support project delivery or customer engagements?
