Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations for US and Caribbean countries
- Gather and analyze payroll requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions
- Act as Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME) for payroll configuration including Federal, State, and Local tax configuration, statutory deductions, taxes, and social security contributions
- Configure payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, payroll calendars, costing, and retro pay
- Solid understanding of payroll processes and statutory rules
- Support quarterly and year‑end payroll processing (941, W‑2, W‑2c)
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and solution design documents
