Principal Consultant

Must Haves

- 10–12+ years as an automation engineer with experience re‑engineering business processes and automating manual workflows

- Comfortable leading discovery sessions with business partners, especially within Compliance

- Hands‑on experience with cloud migrations and improving efficiency through modernization (Azure preferred, including AKS, Functions, Blob Storage, and AI Foundry)

- Familiarity with CI/CD principles and engineering best practices (including experience with workflow orchestration or CI/CD tooling)

- Exposure to AI technologies and practical use cases for compliance, controls, or risk

- Prior experience supporting Internal Audit, GRC, SOX, Risk, or Compliance teams with automation—helping translate compliance needs into technical solutions

- Strong proficiency with Python (primary), along with experience using SQL and JavaScript/TypeScript
