This senior role demands expertise in digital banking applications and a proven track record of leading complex implementation projects in the banking domain.


As a Principal Consultant, you will serve as the technical and strategic lead, overseeing solution design, client engagement, delivery governance, and cross-functional coordination. You will be instrumental in driving digital transformation for our banking clients through scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

  •  Design, develop, and tailor Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) applications to meet the needs of banking clients.
  • Contribute to both user interface (UI/UX) development and server-side functionality using Java and Rest APIs of digital banking solutions.
  • Build and implement integrations using SOAP and RESTful web services.
  • Act as a solution architect for digital banking projects, aligning technology with business goals.
  • Guide teams across development, QA, and support functions to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Mentor consultants and lead capability building within the team.
