Hiring: Oracle Identity & Access Management (IDM) Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and test end-to-end Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions with Oracle products.
• Analyze customer IAM requirements, propose tailored solutions, and support sales in closing deals.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for clients—interface, deliver, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop use cases & project estimates; document customer requirements and solution specs.
• Keep current on industry trends and position Oracle solutions competitively.
• Partner with Sales to provide technical pre-sales support for Oracle’s IAM portfolio.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years’ experience in Oracle IDM (OAM, OIG, OIM, OID/OUD/OVD); IDCS (cloud) is a plus.
• Proven client-integration/delivery background.
• Deep domain knowledge, strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, analysis, and project management abilities.
