Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Scheduling
- Develop, review, and maintain integrated project schedules across multiple programs.
- Ensure schedule logic, critical path, milestones, risk allowances, and dependencies meet PMO standards.
- Facilitate schedule workshops with project managers and discipline leads.
- Cost Management & Forecasting
- Develop and manage project budgets, cashflows, cost forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Monitor earned value metrics and report deviations with actionable insights.
- Support contingency planning and cost risk analysis.
- Project Controls Governance
