Overview of the role:

The role-holder will lead and contribute to HR consulting assignments, focusing on strategic HR advisory and implementation. This role demands a blend of consulting expertise, client management skills, and revenue generation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and close deals to meet or exceed the ₹4 Cr annual revenue target. Build and nurture client relationships in key sectors.
  • Project Leadership & Delivery:Lead end-to-end projects in Workforce and Organization Transformation, including organization design/structuring, HR transformation, workforce planning, job evaluation, work redesign, flexible working models, and re/upskilling initiatives.Drive Talent Management engagements, such as developing competency frameworks, career architectures, assessments/development centers, leadership coaching, and performance management systems.Enh...
