Principal Data Scientist

Naukr.AI is building Agentic Data Science Workforce. Legacy Data Science is people heavy and is not agile. We are hiring many roles in Data Science to bring this dream to reality.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Machine Learning Workflows for data ETL, Data Modeling and Output generation
• Analyze raw data: assessing quality, cleansing, structuring for downstream processing
• Design accurate and scalable prediction workflows for marketing mix modeling, price elasticity model, trade promotion effects, geo lift, customer churn, clustering, segmentation, anomaly detection,.
• Collaborate with engineering team to bring analytical prototypes to production
• Generate actionable insights for business improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field for a Tier 1 College (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.). Master's degree desirable
• At least 3 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling. Brings High Data IQ and ability to manage/build complex Data ETL pipelines and workflows
• Deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine-learning, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms. Comfortable in using pandas, pytorch, scikit learn
• Fluency in a programming languages (Python, SQL)
• Familiarity with Big Data frameworks and visualization tools (Cassandra, Hadoop, Spark, PowerBI)
• Highly desirable if you have worked with Marketing Mix Modeling or large Retail Data Sets
