- Lead the development and coordination of Electrical BIM models across all project stages (Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, IFC).
- Manage the setup, maintenance, and delivery of electrical models in line with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage, ensuring interdisciplinary coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company and project BIM standards, processes, and data management requirements.
- Work within Common Data Environments (CDE) such as BIM 360, Aconex, or ProjectWise for collaboration and version control.
- Generate electrical layouts, schematics, single line diagrams, and schedules directly from BIM models.
- Support BIM Managers in developing workflows, templates, and quality control processes.
- Mentor and guide junior BIM designers and modelers within the electrical team.
