As a Principal Electrical Engineer, your mission is to play a crucial technical leadership role within an organisation. You are a technical leader who combines technical expertise with strategic thinking. You drive innovation, manage projects, and guide engineering teams toward excellence. Principal Engineers are extensively experienced, can see the bigger picture as well as dive into the detail of complex engineering challenges, and apply a working knowledge of engineering, science, and systems thinking to support unique and essential engineering projects at the heart of the semiconductor fabrication industry.
