Principal Electrical Engineer

Genesis10 is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer with our client located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a direct hire, on-site W2 position. Salary range: $130,000 - 135,000 per year. Job Description: The successful Principal Electrical Engineer will develop and implement Automation solutions focused on drive and power technology for the metals industry. Responsibilities: Experience with DC and AC drive upgrades Review basic power system requirements for drive feeders and protection Outline regulator performance/response based on process applications Share technical expertise in areas of the metals industry such as Melting, Casting or Rolling Mill applications for all project life cycles (sales, development, commissioning, and support) Support existing installed systems and assist customers with challenging technical issues through process knowledge, data analysis and implementation.
