Job Description
We are looking for a Principal Analog Engineer with deep expertise in Analog & Power IC design. This is a high-impact technical leadership role with complete ownership of product development — from specifications to production — while mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge PMICs (Linear & Switching DC-DC converters) powering next-generation smartphones and handheld devices, and to influence the long-term direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Power IC design (spec → design → silicon → PRA → production)
- Architect and develop Switching & Linear Power Converters
- Break down system-level requirements into block-level specifications and lead execution
- Guide development of complex analog IPs including:
- Charge Pumps (+ve/-ve), Source-Sink LDOs
- Ultra-low power oscillators (Relaxation type)
- Current Sense, SAR ADCs, Temperature Sensors
- Protection blocks (OV/UV/OC/Thermal)
