Job Description

  • Support for corporate and customer IT systems and projects in delivering services according to SOP to meet prescribed SLA
  • Apply security best practices at the data center infrastructure, network and application levels
  • Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation of IT services
  • Performance monitoring, preventive maintenance and patch management of servers to ensure optimum performance
  • Handle complex and advanced troubleshooting scenarios, acting as a point of escalation
  • Perform daily rectification of IT operational issues and change requests within expected service level agreement
  • Providing Technical leadership and guidance to the system team
  • Mentoring and training junior engineers
  • Provide installation, configuration, implementation, integration and commissioning of IT solution to internal and external customers
