Job Description
- Support for corporate and customer IT systems and projects in delivering services according to SOP to meet prescribed SLA
- Apply security best practices at the data center infrastructure, network and application levels
- Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation of IT services
- Performance monitoring, preventive maintenance and patch management of servers to ensure optimum performance
- Handle complex and advanced troubleshooting scenarios, acting as a point of escalation
- Perform daily rectification of IT operational issues and change requests within expected service level agreement
- Providing Technical leadership and guidance to the system team
- Mentoring and training junior engineers
- Provide installation, configuration, implementation, integration and commissioning of IT solution to internal and external customers
