Responsibilities will include on-site support for Enterprise customers and ODMs in Taiwan.

    •  
  • Focal contact for all qualification and quality related issues and concerns for the assigned accounts.
  • Provide the product and technology expertise to enable successful pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
  • Provide technical support to ODMs for Global OEM customers and co-work closely with Global OEM account teams to ensure successful product qualification.
  • To support customer design-in activities, drive successful product qualification and ensure timely resolution of technical issues customers / ODMs
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams on product issue analysis and troubleshooting.
