Title:
Principal Engineer - Instrumentation


Responsibilities:


* Should have strong knowledge in Instrumentation and Control System Engineering for various industries. Should have hands on experience in SPI, Navisworks.

* Shall be responsible for Planning of all Deliverables related to the identified Commodity.

* Shall review the Level-3 schedule, MDR dates, shall co-ordinate with all relevant disciplines for required interface.

* Shall be responsible for identifying the inputs that are required all the Engineering deliverables pertaining to that commodity.

* Shall check the P&IDs and instrument index and shall ensure that all tags are covered as per issued P&IDs.

* Shall be responsible for maintaining the tracker for all Engineering deliverables pertaining to that commodity.

* Shall be responsible for ensuring good quality deliverables. Shall provide technical support / guidance to all Engineers.

* Shall be responsible for procurement of all tags pertaining to the commodity.

* Shall be responsible for maintaining status of all instruments (ordered, not ordered, HOLD, etc)

* Shall be responsible for maintaining HOLD register.

* Shall be responsible for ensuring that check list, check print, are stored in the drive.

* Shall communicate with Lead if the inputs are delayed, to reforecast the dates.

Years of Experience:

Relevant experience 14 to 18 years
