Collaborates with department leadership and architects to guide strategic decisions while providing hands-on support to application teams to enhance scalability in applications and databases. Design, develop, test, and support CRM and NAV systems and integrated platforms. Delivers database tuning/optimization/caching and develops solutions to maintain stability, security, and high performance. Provides technical expertise throughout the application lifecycle, fostering efficient collaboration with development teams. Sets high standards for technical excellence and proactive problem-solving.
