Job Description
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this position is responsible for promoting company growth through the design, development, and introduction of new products to the market by developing the engineering concepts to support the new product design, along with providing the project management necessary to develop the new product prototype into a viable product. Provide technical leadership in the area of expertise, with the ability to train others and represent the company externally. Act in the capacity of the Company’s ultimate technical authority in the area of expertise.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct a feasibility study that determines if a new product effort is technically feasible within acceptable time and money constraints.
- Manage both minor and major projects within the ISO 9001 System through memos, charts, graphs, etc. to keep management informed of progress.
