Role Overview:

This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for overseeing the company's power solutions portfolio, driving product development, mentoring engineering teams, and supporting innovation in sustainable energy technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Oversight & Development

• Monitor and evaluate performance of existing products, including generators, BESS, power cables, and distribution boards.
• Lead technical reviews, testing, and validation of new designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new power solution product lines.
