Our Engineering Team is looking for a strategic, visionary, and hands-on leader to join us as a Principal Engineer / Software Architect. In this role, you’ll define the technical backbone of our global HR platform, drive AI-powered innovation, and ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and future-proof.

 1-What You’ll Own

  •  Define and lead the technical and architectural vision for our core platform.
  •  Drive AI and machine learning initiatives that power automation, compliance, and data intelligence.
  •  Embed DevSecOps and security-first principles throughout our software delivery lifecycle.
  •  Design scalable, resilient, and cloud-native systems that support our global operations.
  •  Mentor senior engineers, cooperate with Engineering managers, and guide teams toward engineering excellence.
  •  Collaborate with Product, Data, and AI teams to deliver intelligent, secure, and high-performing solutions.

    •  2-What We’re Looking For

  •  10+ years of software engineering experience with strong system design and architecture skills.
  •  Proven experience in AI/ML integration or productionizing machine learning models at scale.
  •  Deep expertise in DevSecOps, cloud security, and automation (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, IaC).
  •  Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java/Python.
  •  Strong problem-solving, leadership, and mentorship capabilities.
  •  Passion for innovation, scalability, and secure software design.

    •  3-Nice to Have

  •  Experience in HR tech, fintech, or data-heavy platforms.
  •  Familiarity with GDPR, ISO27001, and modern data protection frameworks.
  •  Knowledge of AI ethics, model monitoring, or ML security.
  •  Familiarity with AI/ML applications, observability, and intelligent automation.
