About the Role
The Principal Engineer, Test & Development is responsible for creating and improving test solutions for optoelectronic and photonic products from R&D to mass production, including hands‑on testing, data analysis, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Develop and implement test strategies for R&D, qualification, and production stages.
