• Establish and manage end-to-end tool, fixture, and gage management systems, ensuring standardization, traceability, and lifecycle visibility.
• Develop and implement a digital Tool Management System (TMS) integrated with MES/ERP to enable data-driven decision-making, predictive maintenance, and tool life optimization.
• Design and deploy smart tool room automation, covering tool inventory management, storage, assembly, presetting, measurement, balancing, and tool life control.
• Optimize tool, fixture, and gage usage through data analytics, standard libraries, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce setup time and cost.
