Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom web and mobile applications using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
  • Develop Redwood UI Extensions for Oracle Fusion Applications to enhance user experience and functionality.
  • Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create responsive and modern web interfaces following Oracle design standards.
  • Work with Git/GitHub for source code management, version control, and collaboration.
  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines in Oracle Visual Builder Studio or external tools for automated builds and deployments.
  • Integrate applications with REST and SOAP web services and other Oracle Cloud services (SaaS, OIC, and Database).
  • Analyze business requirements, define to-be processes, and prepare detailed functional and technical designs.
  • Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) to evaluate alternative technical solutions and recommend the most efficient approach.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues in application development and deployment.
  • Follow Agile methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and client teams to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions.
  • Participate in unit testing, code reviews, and support organizational initiatives aimed at digital transformation.
    • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of web development experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • 6–10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
  • Strong understanding of VBCS architecture, components, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Proven experience with Redwood UI extensions and integration with Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Proficiency in responsive web design and modern UI/UX standards.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Database integration.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong client-centric approach.
  • Experience with other Oracle Middleware technologies is a plus.
  • Domain knowledge of industry-specific VBCS applications is advantageous.
