Job Description
The Senior Global Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale, complex tech-enabled change programs within the organization, managing and coordinating the full project lifecycle from initial analysis and requirement capture to deployment and transition into business-as-usual.
The Senior Global Program Manager is responsible for delivering an agreed scope on time and within budget, through driving value-based outcomes and managing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. The Senior Global Program Manager will oversee the work of project managers, work with delivery teams (may include 3rd parties) and keep sponsors updated through robust governance and regular reporting.
