Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic academic and institutional leadership across IGCSE and CBSE , setting a unified vision, goals, and performance benchmarks.
• Ensure curriculum integrity, teaching quality, student outcomes, and full compliance with board regulations.
• Mentor, evaluate, and strengthen Principals and senior leaders to drive accountability and leadership depth.
• Ensure academic continuity and smooth student progression across both curricula.
