Principal Innovation Research Scientist
(Temporary contract)
Your Missions
You will be responsible for supporting the core and senior scientific leadership team by developing, maintaining, and executing programs and strategies across the business.
You will play a significant role in building a balanced global power brand pipeline and where appropriate will be responsible for creating, leading and driving early stage innovation projects
Your Responsabilities
Deliver qualified (technical and consumer) early stage projects and successfully transition them into the exploratory pipeline
Identify, assess, and drive forward key innovation opportunities
Provide technical support and project leadership for identified innovation opportunities for the category.
Drive and maintain awareness of scientific literature and competitive intelligence to assist work progression and understanding
