Job Overview:

The Senior Analyst should have the ability to gain the trust and respect of senior and mid-level leadership; while being able to deliver solutions that best fit the business goals and objectives. The candidate will be an integral team member for large and small scale SAP implementations and alignments in ARIBA as well as supporting existing solutions. The position will be responsible for delivering solutions from proof of concept to full project implementation. The candidate will also be tasked with training and supporting end users within the organization and will need to have the ability to analyze an issue and situations to come to the best business solution to solve problems. The candidate must be a customer oriented team player with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Role and Responsibilities

The candidate will help to define clear strategic direction as it pertains to SAP – ARIBA across the Collins Aerospace enterprise. The selected SAP analysts will work alongside of a team of extensive business process and aerospace experienced resources. The candidate will use industry standards and best practices to help our customers solve complex business issues with world class solutions.

  • Build relationships the business, assist in helping to identify and resolve technical challenges preventing our customers from consistently delivering product on-time or ahead of schedule.
  • Help to contribute to the continuous development of your own and teams technical acumen.
  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
  • Assist in the management and delivering of large / mid / small size projects
  • Train, coach, and assist with internal and external resources

    • Expertise-

  • Functional knowledge of SAP Ariba solutions (Mandatory). Should have at least 1 or 2 end to end implementation in ARIBA.
  • Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.
  • To be able to independently support & implement SAP Implementation activities for Ariba and ECC.
  • Should be exposed to Contracting, P2P, Invoicing, SLP & Networking modules of ARIBA.
  • Downstream: Catalog, Ariba buying & Invoicing.
  • Upstream: Sourcing, SLP, Contract Management.
  • Experience in Configuring and manage SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), Cloud Connecter and Ariba-to-ECC field mappings to ensure seamless and efficient system integration.
  • Deep Understanding of Guided Buying – policies, approval workflow and compliance rules.
  • Expertise in designing, maintaining and upgrading Ariba templates for Sourcing, Contracts and SLP.
  • Experience in Ariba SLP–SAP ECC integration, Supplier Onboarding, registration and supplier performance management.
  • Exposure to Ariba CI9 to CIG migration, including configuration adjustments and validation of end-to-end integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA.
  • Hands-on experience with ARIBA Catalog, punchout setup and supplier enablement.
  • Experience in Configuring Ariba Network for PO and invoice transactions (PO/ASN/Invoice Monitoring) and Suppler enablement enabling automated supplier interactions.
  • Experience in SOAP/IDOC messages, EDI, proxies, and master data integrations between Ariba and backend ECC.
  • Hands-on experience integrating master data between Ariba and SAP ECC.
  • Expertise in designing and managing requisition workflows within Ariba.
  • Knowledge of SAP MM Standard configuration
  •  Excellent in vocal/written communication skills
