**Educational Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 10+ years of experience in enterprise VMware, Windows, and Linux administration.
+ Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi.
+ Expertise in Windows Server administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO).
+ Proficiency in Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) system management.
+ Familiarity with backup and DR solutions (Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik, etc.).
