We are looking for a Principal Lifecycle Marketing Strategist to lead high-impact, data-driven lifecycle marketing initiatives for enterprise clients. This is a senior, strategic individual contributor role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, technology, and innovation.

In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, shaping lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, mobile, and emerging channels. You’ll help modernize marketing ecosystems, future-proof email programs, and guide clients through AI readiness and adoption, ensuring measurable business impact at scale.

This role is ideal for a seasoned lifecycle or CRM strategist who enjoys solving complex challenges, influencing executive decision-making, and setting the vision others execute.



Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital, lifecycle, or CRM marketing strategy
  • Strong background working with enterprise clients and complex marketing ecosystems
  • Deep understanding of email marketing, ESPs, CDPs, analytics platforms, segmentation, and data privacy best practices
  • Proven ability to translate data and technical concepts into strategic, business-focused recommendations
  • Comfort engaging with executive stakeholders (CMOs, VPs, senior marketing leaders)
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Self-directed, organized, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
