Job Description


We are looking for a hands-on Principal ML Engineer with strong experience building low-latency, production-grade ranking and recommendation systems, ideally in retail or e-commerce environments. This person will own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data pipelines to inference and serving, and act as a technical leader, translating business needs into scalable, reliable systems.


Technical Requirements


Machine Learning & Architecture
  • Proven experience building low-latency ranking & recommendation systems in production
  • Strong understanding of two-tower architectures and other ranking/recommendation patterns
  • Experience combining business rules + ML models ( XGBoost or similar)
