Principal Mechanical Engineer

Overview

Petrofac is seeking a Mechanical Engineer 3 - Contractor for 6 months based in Aberdeen, UK.

The role is outside IR35 and we invite Limited Companies to engage.

The scope of services will be reviewed should there be a significant change to client support requirements.

Scope of Services :

Services to be supported during the duration of the contract are detailed below. A requirement to undertake additional services shall be mutually agreed by way of contract amendment:

• Liaison with Procurement, QA/QC Inspection, Doc Control in delivery of the above
• Have an understanding and apply the EU directives
• Participation in Hazop, Hazid and design reviews ensure the mechanical engineering support provided satisfies the appropriate Asset Safety Case and that the Prevention of Fire and Explosion, Emergency Response (PFEER)
