Principal Mechanical Engineer

About the Role

Provide senior mechanical engineering design leadership to deliver mechanical system designs for data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, clean rooms, labs and modern office spaces.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end design responsibility, technical problem-solving, and collaborating closely with clients, architects, and project teams to turn complex requirements into buildable, efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Engineering

• Lead mechanical design for projects including ACMV, ventilation, chilled water, process cooling, clean room HVAC, lab exhaust systems, and data centre cooling
• Develop concept, schematic, detailed, and construction-ready designs
• Perform heat load calculations, airflow analysis, equipment selection, and system sizing
• Ensure designs comply with local codes, standards, and authority requirements
