The Principal Structures Engineer plays a critical leadership role within the Engineering team, providing technical authority and strategic guidance to both the Engineering Management team and the wider group. This role focuses on driving technical excellence, leading complex projects, creating and driving initiatives that enhance team efficiency and quality, and is a senior point of expertise for the structural elements of cabin interior modification programmes. The Principal Structures Engineer acts as a key point of escalation for technical issues, mentors engineers at all levels, and collaborates across disciplines to shape the technical direction, quality, and safety standards of the organization.
