Principal Metering Engineer

NextEra Energy Resources’ Engineering & Construction (E&C) division is seeking a Principal Metering Engineer to provide end to end technical leadership and oversight of revenue metering systems supporting renewable energy development, engineering design, and construction execution. This role is specifically focused on meter programming, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure metering systems meet all technical, contractual, and commercial requirements.

The Principal Metering Engineer is accountable for ensuring that all metering related activities align with project specifications and commercial agreements throughout the full project lifecycle—from initial concept and engineering design through construction, commissioning, certification, and turnover.
