**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Be thoroughly familiar with project Scopes of Work and/or bids being worked on, specifications, work schedules, and all cross-functional requirements, including identifying issues as early as possible.
- Plan, Schedule, Delegate and Lead the work to be performed by the team.
- Ensure that the necessary project and/or bid documentation being worked on is properly received by each of the disciplines in charge through Document Control and/or through the EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) site being used on the project.
- Ensure that the Material Take Off (MTO) and Material Requisition (REQ) activities are adjusted to the scheduled times for the execution of the project in charge.
- Coordinate with the PMT the various subcontracts and/or manufacturing strategies for the correct ordering of materials.
