Insight Global is looking for a Principal Network Engineer to act as a project and team lead for one of our largest Telecom customers within their consulting services organization. This individual will lead client site assessments, evaluate existing network environments, and recommend one of six standardized design models best suited to each customer’s needs. They will translate technical and business requirements into detailed proposals, develop Method of Procedure (MOP) documents, and coordinate device staging within the staging facility before handing configurations off to engineering teams. In this leadership‑focused role, you will define processes, mentor junior engineers, and serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues, project concerns, or guidance needed throughout implementation.
