Looking for EBS HRMS Techno functional consultant
Experience:8-15 years
Work Location: Remote
Mandatory (Must-Have)
10+ years of relevant professional experience in Oracle HRMS solutions.
Strong hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant.
Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle EBS HRMS implementations.
Proven functional expertise in:
Core HR, Payroll
OTL and Absence Management
Benefits and Compensation
Talent Management, Learning, ORC
Strong experience with data migration and interfaces using APIs, Payroll Batch Loader, HR Data Loader , and custom interfaces.
Solid understanding of EBS HRMS security , including roles and responsibilities.
Hands-on experience with:
SQL and PL/SQL
Fast Formulas
Oracle Workflow, AME, Alert Manager
Forms Personalization and APIs
Experience developing and supporting OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, dashboards, and extracts.
Knowledge of EBS HRMS patching, upgrades, testing strategies, and change management best practices.
Good-to-Have (Preferred)
Experience integrating Oracle EBS HRMS with Oracle Fusion HCM.
Exposure to SOAP services, BPM, Page Composer, Sandboxes , and personalization frameworks.
Presales or customer-facing consulting experience within enterprise environments.
Experience supporting HRMS solutions across on-prem, cloud, or hybrid architectures.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
