Looking for EBS HRMS Techno functional consultant
Experience:8-15 years
Work Location: Remote
Mandatory (Must-Have)
10+ years of relevant professional experience in Oracle HRMS solutions.
Strong hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant . Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle EBS HRMS implementations . Proven functional expertise in:
Core HR, Payroll
OTL and Absence Management
Benefits and Compensation
Talent Management, Learning, ORC
Strong experience with data migration and interfaces using APIs, Payroll Batch Loader, HR Data Loader , and custom interfaces. Solid understanding of EBS HRMS security , including roles and responsibilities. Hands-on experience with:
SQL and PL/SQL
Fast Formulas
Oracle Workflow, AME, Alert Manager
Forms Personalization and APIs
Experience developing and supporting OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, dashboards, and extracts . Knowledge of EBS HRMS patching, upgrades, testing strategies, and change management best practices. Good-to-Have (Preferred) Experience integrating Oracle EBS HRMS with Oracle Fusion HCM . Exposure to SOAP services, BPM, Page Composer, Sandboxes , and personalization frameworks. Presales or customer-facing consulting experience within enterprise environments.
Experience supporting HRMS solutions across on-prem, cloud, or hybrid architectures. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
