Looking for EBS HRMS Techno functional consultant

Experience:8-15 years

Work Location: Remote


Mandatory (Must-Have)

  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience in Oracle HRMS solutions.
  • Strong hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant .
  • Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle EBS HRMS implementations .
  • Proven functional expertise in:
  • Core HR, Payroll
  • OTL and Absence Management
  • Benefits and Compensation
  • Talent Management, Learning, ORC
  • Strong experience with data migration and interfaces using APIs, Payroll Batch Loader, HR Data Loader , and custom interfaces.
  • Solid understanding of EBS HRMS security , including roles and responsibilities.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • SQL and PL/SQL
  • Fast Formulas
  • Oracle Workflow, AME, Alert Manager
  • Forms Personalization and APIs
  • Experience developing and supporting OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, dashboards, and extracts .
  • Knowledge of EBS HRMS patching, upgrades, testing strategies, and change management best practices.

Good-to-Have (Preferred)

  • Experience integrating Oracle EBS HRMS with Oracle Fusion HCM .
  • Exposure to SOAP services, BPM, Page Composer, Sandboxes , and personalization frameworks.
  • Presales or customer-facing consulting experience within enterprise environments.
  • Experience supporting HRMS solutions across on-prem, cloud, or hybrid architectures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
