Looking for EBS HRMS Techno functional consultant
Experience:8-15 years
Work Location: Remote
Mandatory (Must-Have)
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in Oracle HRMS solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant .
- Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle EBS HRMS implementations .
- Proven functional expertise in:
- Core HR, Payroll
- OTL and Absence Management
- Benefits and Compensation
- Talent Management, Learning, ORC
- Strong experience with data migration and interfaces using APIs, Payroll Batch Loader, HR Data Loader , and custom interfaces.
- Solid understanding of EBS HRMS security , including roles and responsibilities.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SQL and PL/SQL
- Fast Formulas
- Oracle Workflow, AME, Alert Manager
- Forms Personalization and APIs
- Experience developing and supporting OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, dashboards, and extracts .
- Knowledge of EBS HRMS patching, upgrades, testing strategies, and change management best practices.
Good-to-Have (Preferred)
- Experience integrating Oracle EBS HRMS with Oracle Fusion HCM .
- Exposure to SOAP services, BPM, Page Composer, Sandboxes , and personalization frameworks.
- Presales or customer-facing consulting experience within enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting HRMS solutions across on-prem, cloud, or hybrid architectures.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
