Principal Power Hardware Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Principal Hardware Power Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced hardware systems. This role focuses on power systems, thermal management, and system reliability for next-generation platforms, including edge servers, AI, and high-performance computing. Key Responsibilities Lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of hardware and power systems from concept to production. Develop and manage power budgets across motherboards, systems, and rack-level AC supply components. Review and evaluate power systems from vendors, including DC/DC converters, hot plug circuitry, and AC/DC CRPS supplies. Conduct PCB design and layout reviews, including Cadence/Allegro and DC/DC power distribution analysis. Support internal product development by writing specifications, reviewing proposals, and validating PCB/power integration.
