Principal Process Intelligence Analyst

Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon 

Reports to: Director-Technology 

Role Overview: 

The Process Center of Excellence (CoE) is developing Business Process Management (BPM) and Process 

Mining capabilities across all MKS divisions and corporate functions to enable and support process 

excellence and business transformation. As Celonis Data Engineer you will work closely with Business 

Process Owners (BPOs) and Process Analysts to drive technical implementation and ongoing support for 

Celonis process mining solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Working with Business Analysts, Business Process Owners and Celonis Application Owner to translate 

business requirements and use cases into technical and data requirements 

• Defines and deploys Celonis solutions e.g. apps & dashboards: Finds improvement opportunities 

together with Process Experts, Business Analysts and Business Process Owners 

• Identifying all the source system tables and fields that need to be brought into Celonis 

• Extract, transform and load all source system data needed for each process implemented within 

Celonis 

• Build the Celonis data model for each process 

• Collaborate with relevant business experts to validate the data within Celonis 

• Monitor and optimizes the performance of all data queries to ensure ideal response times 

• Document all technical and data requirements and all extract, transform, load (ETL) work 

• Provide ongoing support for any data-related issues 

Requirements: 

• 10 Yrs (Including 5 + Years of experience in Celonis as Must to have.) 

• Accounts Payable experience 

• Proficiency in SQL coding 

• Extensive experience in ETL processes 

• Strong experience with relational databases and data modelling 

• Solid understanding of the data structures of core enterprise systems (e.g., SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, CRM) 

• Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle (agile, dev 

ops, waterfall) 

• High level of initiative and ownership, bold and confident attitude towards challenges 

• Python skills (preferred)
